Empowering youth to become civic leaders
Our mission is to help young students develop skills for becoming changemakers who improve their communities.

Youth2Lead is a network of afterschool clubs in which students in grades 4–8 develop and implement solutions to community problems. At each school, participants select a community problem to tackle, collect and analyze survey data on the problem, develop a detailed solution, and promote the solution through advocacy and service projects.
The afterschool curriculum aims to help students develop:
An understanding of civic issues and a sense of responsibility to address them
Data analysis skills
Persuasive speaking and writing skills
