We are looking for highly effective educators in the St. Louis region to bring Youth2Lead to their schools. Youth2Lead educators will help refine the program curriculum and then implement it at their school in the 2026-27 school year. Implementation can occur after school or during regular instruction. Each Youth2Lead educator will receive $3000 for their involvement.
Eligibility
 We seek educators in St. Louis City and St. Louis County who have:Eligibility
- Passion for engaging students in shaping their communities
- Evidence of instructional effectiveness (any subject)
- (Preferred) Experience designing curricula
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Help refine the Youth2Lead curriculum by standardizing existing program resources and developing new activities that are differentiated by grade (16 hours; summer 2026)
- Initiate the program at their school and recruit at least 8 students in grades 4-8 (fall 2026)
- Oversee program activities, periodically submit data on progress, and participate in monthly check-in meetings (50-60 hours; 2026-27 school year)
